SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our aim is to provide our customers with the utmost quality of product and service. Please view the following for details on our shipping and handling.
Most orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) from the date it was placed. Pre-orders generally take 5-7 business days to be processed. Processing can be delayed due to discrepancies in payment, billing/shipping information, high order volume, new launches and/or select Holidays. Orders cannot be altered once placed. Please make sure to double check all information prior to finalizing your order. DA Method Apparel is not responsible for shipments mis-delivered or returned to to sender due to insufficient/invalid shipping address or failed delivery attempts. If you notify us of any errors prior to your order being shipped, your order will be canceled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
All orders are shipped directly via USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping on our site - we apologize for any inconvenience.
Domestic shipping generally takes 2-7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment. Please note that Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases. Transit time may be extended due to discrepancies in shipping address (i.e., missing or invalid apartment/street number and/or zip code), failed delivery attempts, extreme weather conditions and/or high package volume. Da Method Apparel cannot control the transit process or time frame.
We cannot provide general time frames for international shipping as it varies for each country and customs clearance. Please note that all international packages may be subject to tax and duty fees - we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any additional fees. All charges made by customs are separate and is not related to any shipping and handling fees charged on our site. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
All shipments are inspected and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you notice a discrepancy, damage or defect in your shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org - please include your order number along with a picture of the problematic area/item via e-mail attachment. High quality products and excellent customer service are our top priorities - our team will address and rectify the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once we ship an item, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. In the case of lost or stolen items, please report the issue directly to USPS immediately.
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently taking returns. This update may change once we have been updated on the status of the virus. Keeping our workers safe during these times is our top priority.
